How can I be assured of the quality of products ordered ?

All your products are handmade with the utmost love and care. In this process, only the finest grade of fabrics are used and the products go through 5 layers of quality inspection before dispatch.

Do you customise products ?

No, we do not offer any product customisations, we have standard designs and sizes.

How can I exchange my product ?

You can email us on ganpatisarees@hotmail.com with the SUBJECT: “(order no) + EXCHANGE / RETURN” within 7 days of receiving the products.
Shipping on the exchanged product/s will be charged separately. Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.
Reverse pickups are currently unavailable so we request you to ship the parcel to us at the below address:
